Log in with your new email address

The contact address is also the username for your Customer account. After you update to your current email address, don’t forget to use the new email address next time you log in to your customer account after you have made the update.

Your password remains the same as before. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it using your new email address before you attempt to login.

Domain transfer is charged according to this pricelist.

1. Before a transfer of ownership is concluded at Svenska Domäner all outstanding invoices related to this domain must be paid by current owner.
2. In order to change ownership of a domain name to another person/company you need to use the form found here:
   Download transfer form.
3. Note that the form must be signed by both parties and that an ID document of both parties must be attached to the letter.
4. Send the original signed paper by post to the following address:

5. Alternatively, you can send scanned signed paper by email to support@svenskadomaner.se
6. Transfer cost will be charged to the new owner if not otherwise specified when sending transfer form.

1. Fill in this form: Update form. Note that the form must be signed by the owner. This is a safety measure to make sure only authorized person can change security info such as contact address.
2. Scan the signed form and send it by email to support@svenskadomaner.se or
   • Alternatively send the original signed paper by post to the following address:

3. We will update your details in the Whois domain name contact database as well as our own
4. Once we complete the update you will receive confirmation via email.
