<p>Follow steps bellow to navigate to invoice&#8217;s main page:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Login</strong> to your Svenska Domäner account.</li>



<li>From the left side select <strong>“My invoices”</strong>.</li>



<li>List of invoices is presented.<br><em>If list of your invoices is huge (> 10) then in order to find invoice:</em>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Enter invoice number in the search box above the list and press filter button in order to constrain the list to the desired invoice. If you use this option you should put exact invoice number in the search filed, not just part of it.</li>



<li>Use page links at the bottom of the list to go to the next 10 results.</li>



<li>You can also use the filter from the top of the list to constrain the list to exact invoice status.</li>
</ul>
</li>



<li>Once you have identified the desired invoice in the list press the button in the right column for that invoice row. The button&#8217;s name depends on payment status &#8211; <strong>&#8220;View&#8221;</strong> if it&#8217;s paid or <strong>&#8220;Pay&#8221;</strong> if not.</li>

<p>We will send you a paper invoice to you by mail to the address you specify. Paper invoices come with a fee of 45 kr. Change to email or pay by card, to avoid the fee.</p>



<h6 class="wp-block-heading">PDF invoice (0 kr)</h6>



<p>We will send you a PDF invoice to the email address you specify. That way you always have access to a copy through your email inbox. You also save 45 kr since PDF invoices do not have a invoicing fee.</p>

<li>List of invoices is presented. If list of your invoices is long (> 10) then in order to find invoice:

<li>Use the page links at the bottom of the list to view the next 10 results.</li>



<li>You can also use the filter from the top of the list to limit the constrain the list invoice status.</li>

<li>Once you have identified the desired invoice in the list press the button in the right column for that invoice row - View if it&#8217;s paid or Pay if not.</li>

<p>Below is a list of possible letters that you could have received from us.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="title1"><strong>Invoice</strong></h4>



<p>If you don&#8217;t recognize the contents of the invoice or you haven&#8217;t ordered anything from Svenska Domäner, please report abuse of identity to the Police. Once you have made the report contact us via phone, email or ticket and we will do what we can to help.</p>



<p>If an invoice is not paid before its due date, you will receive a reminder one week after the due date with an additional fee of 60kr or 200kr depending on if you are private person or company. Read more about the differences below.</p>



<p>Paper invoices come with a fee of 45 kr, to avoid it, switch to PDF invoice, to receive invoices by email or pay with card.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="title2"><strong>Private persons</strong></h4>



<p>The following applies to private persons, registered with a personal number.</p>



<h6 class="wp-block-heading" id="title2-1">Reminder ”Påminnelse”</h6>



<p>The reminder is sent one week after the due date of your invoice if you haven’t paid your invoice, with an additional fee of 60kr.</p>



<h6 class="wp-block-heading" id="title2-2">Debt collection demand ”Inkasso”</h6>



<p>If the reminder isn’t paid before it’s due date, you will receive a debt collection demand one week after this due date, with an additional fee of 180kr.</p>



<p>This is the last reminder for private persons and if it is not paid before the due date, your case will be sent to Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="title3"><strong>Companies</strong></h4>



<p>The following applies to companies, registered with an organization number.</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="title3-1"><strong>Reminder 1 ”Påminnelse”</strong></h5>



<p>This letter is sent by Svenska Domäner one week after the due date of original invoice because you haven&#8217;t paid Invoice that is obligatory to pay.</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="title3-2"><strong>Reminder 2 ”Påminnelse”</strong></h5>



<p>If given invoice is not paid until the due date, you will receive Påminnelse 2 one week after the due date of Påminnelse 1 that comes with an additional fee of 250kr.</p>



<p>This is the last reminder for company customers and if given invoice is not paid before the due date, your case will be sent to Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="title4"><strong>Payment information</strong></h4>



<p>A paper invoice is paid by bank transfer, “Bankgiro”. Once we send an invoice in paper form it is no longer possible to pay it directly by card, from your customer account/Billing.</p>



<p>When paying, use the reference number from the invoice and bank account (bankgiro) specified on the invoice.</p>



<p>Note that it might take one to three working days before your payment gets registered at Svenska Domäner.</p>



<p>It is possible to check payment status and related information of that invoice following instructions bellow:</p>

<p>When sending invoices we use the address data from your customer profile, under Default recipient or Custom recipient.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Default recipient</strong></h4>



<p>The default recipient is generated from the address you submitted when creating a customer profile. Note that if you change Default recipient (during a customer data update) this will also affect where your invoice is sent.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Custom recipient</strong></h4>



<p>A custom recipient can be used if you would like to receive invoices to a different address than the one you are registered at or was submitted when you signed up, e.g. your office address or your accountant’s address.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Automatic update when a change of address is detected</strong></h4>



<p>During invoice approvals we also check for any public changes in registered addresses, e.g. if you have reported a move to Skatteverket. If we detect an address change, we make an update so that invoices are sent to the new address. If you have chosen a custom recipient, it will not be changed, even if we detect an address change, since this can be an address separate from your registered place of residence.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Change of address on already issued invoices are subject to fees</strong></h4>



<p>The invoice information e.g. the address can be changed even after an invoice has been issued, but not paid. This requires additional processing, crediting of existing invoice and issuance of a new one, therefore we debit an&nbsp;<a href="https://www.svenskadomaner.se/en/pricelist">administrative fee</a> for all changes on issued invoices.</p>
