1. Login to your Svenska Domäner account.
2. From the left side select “My invoices”.
3. List of invoices is presented.
   If list of your invoices is huge (> 10) then in order to find invoice:
   • Enter invoice number in the search box above the list and press filter button in order to constrain the list to the desired invoice. If you use this option you should put exact invoice number in the search filed, not just part of it.
   • Use page links at the bottom of the list to go to the next 10 results.
   • You can also use the filter from the top of the list to constrain the list to exact invoice status.
4. Once you have identified the desired invoice in the list press the button in the right column for that invoice row. The button’s name depends on payment status – “View” if it’s paid or “Pay” if not.
5. Invoice’s main page is presented

To update your contact information, you need to use the form “Update customer information” which you can find via the following link:  Update customer information

Make sure to update the email address if it is one you do not have access to or do not use it on a regular basis.

Used to validate ownership of a domain or service

To be able to e.g. cancel or transfer, you need to have access to the email address registered on the account. Log-in to your customer account / My Pages is not enough since this may need to be shared with your web developers or co-workers. When requesting these types of definitive changes we send verification emails or transfer codes to this email address. This is a safety measure to make sure only you, the owner of the service/domain can cancel or move it.

Used for important notices

This email address is also used for important notices regarding payments, renewals, expiration and any issues detected with your domain or service.

Log in with your new email address

The contact address is also the username for your Customer account. After you update to your current email address, don’t forget to use the new email address next time you log in to your customer account after you have made the update.

Your password remains the same as before. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it using your new email address before you attempt to login.

   • enter domain name in the filter box above the list and press filter button in order to constrain the list to desired domain name or
   • use page links at the bottom of the list to go to the next 10 results
   • If you still cannot find your domain then domain might have been cancelled (expired or transferred away) and default state filter is filtering out such domains. In order to view those domains, you have to select canceled state in the state filter from the top right corner of the list.
4. Once you have identified desired domain in the list press “View” button in the right most column for that domain row.

1. Fill in this form: Update form. Note that the form must be signed by the owner. This is a safety measure to make sure only authorized person can change security info such as contact address.
2. Scan the signed form and send it by email to support@svenskadomaner.se or
   • Alternatively send the original signed paper by post to the following address:

3. We will update your details in the Whois domain name contact database as well as our own
4. Once we complete the update you will receive confirmation via email.
