The problem with ActiveSync services has now been resolved and all external clients that could not synchronize with the server should now work again.
If the client does not automatically retrieve new emails, you can try restarting the email client to get a new connection to the server.

Right now we are experiencing problems with e-mail services that uses ActiveSync settings in external clients such as e g Outlook.
Externat email clients cannot retrieve new mails from the server even though they are in the inbox on the server.
We are working on the problem and hope to fix it soon.

We are currently seeing an increase in spam messages.
Do you have a suspicious email in your inbox, does it look like it was sent from your email address, demands payment in bitcoin or is asking you to change something in your setting? The email you have received is spam and you can delete it. When emailing you can submit any email address as sender and spammers are using this to scare you. In the email header section you can see the real sender email address and it is not your email address.
