How can I redeem my cancelled subscription?

You can redeem domain subscription by requesting redemption of it from support within 1-3 months after expiration (depending on the TLD).

There is no automated way to submit redemption request so you contact us via phone, email or open support ticket.

Upon request, support will prepare an invoice according to the price list that needs to be paid before redemption starts.

Upon invoice payment, domain subscription will be redeemed within 1 to 5 days depending on TLD.

Service

You can redeem service subscription by requesting redemption of it from support within 1 month after cancellation.
