Contact support through the phone or via email/ticket. Support will send out EPP/Auth code on registered email address.
If your registered email address is not in use, you have to update it first.
Use EPP/Auth code to do actual transfer 14 days from the day of getting the email with the code.
Upon detection that domain is transferred away, the system will automatically cancel subscription including removal of all outstanding unpaid invoices and stopping further generation of invoices for this subscription.
If the domain is not transferred away within 14 days from requesting EPP/Auth code, then the system will revoke issued EPP/Auth code and in order to initiate transfer again a new code request must be issued.
