How to set out of office auto responder?

I’m using Roundcube

Here is how to set an automatic reply in Roundcube mail client:

1. Login to your mail account using Roundcube: mail.svenskadomaner.se

2. Click on the settings in the top right corner.

3. Click on “Filters” in the left sidebar (1).

4. Click on the plus icon in the third panel - Filters (2).

5. Type Filter name (for example Vacation).

6. In the section "For incoming mail" you can specify your start and end dates. Select "Matching all of the following rules radio button" and in the first drop-down choose "Date". Choose "Value is greater than" in the third drop-down and then type your first date of vacation in specified format yyyy-mm-dd.

7. Click on the plus icon next to the first date and do the same choosing "Value is less than" and typing your last day of vacation.

8. In the next section "…execute the following actions" choose "Reply with message" and type your message and subject.

9. Click "Save" button.

I’m using SOGo

Here is how to set an automatic reply in SOGo mail client:

1. Login to your mail account using SOGo: mail.svenskadomaner.se

2. Click on the preferences icon next to your name in the left sidebar.

3. Click on the Mail section on the left sidebar (1) and then on the "Vacation" tab (2).

4. Enable vacation auto-reply (3).

5. Set the subject, start and end dates and other available settings and click on "Save" button (4).
