I have filled in the correct information, how come I still cannot log in to cPanel?

If you cannot log on to the server via FTP, webmail or see your website, your IP number may have been blocked by the server’s firewall. This may have been caused by too many incorrect attempts to log in to the server (webmail, FTP or incorrectly configured email client).

To remove eventual blocking you will need to contact our support service by opening a support ticket in your Account or send an email to support@svenskadomaner.se.

State IP-blocking to the subject and send your IP number to the support service.
