I have overpaid an invoice, how do I get the exceeding amount back?

If you have paid too much, please contact our economy department via email or submit a support ticket(invoicing questions).

Provide your invoice number in the message and attach a receipt to facilitate the tracking of your payment. We will also need your bank details to refund you.
