What is the difference between a paper invoice and a PDF invoice?

Paper invoices and PDF invoices contain the same information and have the same payment terms, the difference is the invoice cost and how they are sent out.

Paper invoice (45 kr)

We will send you a paper invoice to you by mail to the address you specify. Paper invoices come with a fee of 45 kr. Change to email or pay by card, to avoid the fee.

PDF invoice (0 kr)

We will send you a PDF invoice to the email address you specify. That way you always have access to a copy through your email inbox. You also save 45 kr since PDF invoices do not have a invoicing fee.
