When visiting my webpage, all I see is a file structure

If your website has not opened properly and only shows a file structure may be because your index file (startup file) is not correctly named. The index file must have the following format: index.php or index.html.

If the problem persists, you need to log into the control panel (cPanel) and click on the “File Manager”. You need to ensure that all files that have to be published on the web are in the folder public_html (not in the main folder / ).
