How to resolve issue with DNS?

Before you continue investigating a potential problem related to DNS, keep in mind that after any change you have made
- Propagation can take up to 48 hours for Change of name servers for some TLDs.
- Propagation can take up to 24 hours for Changes in DNS zone even tough default zone TTL at Svenska Domäner is 4 hours.
If you have recently done any of above changes, respect propagation times before you conclude failure in an update.

make sure that you backup your DNS data from the external system and import them into activated Domain Account before accepting suggested resolution and changing DNS configuration to match Domain Account's name servers, otherwise new DNS zone for that domain will not match existing one and you might be risking downtime on services related to this domain.
