If you don't pay your subscription, after reminders have been sent out, we will cancel upcoming payments and the status of your subscription will be changed to Inactive.
Once a domain subscription is in the state inactive it cannot be used but has not yet expired. After expiration it changes to a Cancelled state and can be redeemed within the first 3 months.
If the domain is managed by Svenska Domäner it will be automatically inactivated 10 days after due date and eventually canceled if it is not resumed. If a domain is no longer managed by us it will be automatically canceled on the due date.
If your service subscription is not paid, then it will be automatically inactivated 10 days after due date and eventually canceled 90 days after the due date if not resumed.
If your subscription is paid by credit/debit card you will receive a notification to your contact address if the system fails to debit your card. This notification cannot be turned off.
If your card doesn't have enough funds you will receive a notification every time the system fails to debit your card.
